"Pretty easy to use overall"
I thought the site was simple to use for finding events and booking tickets. The filters worked well for me, and the pages loaded quickly, unless I just got lucky that day. The only thing I noticed was that some event pages felt a little crowded on mobile, so I had to scroll around more than I expected. Maybe that’s just me being picky, but overall it was still a good experience.

"Promo code worked without any fuss"
I used a promo code on Let's Do This while booking a run, it was much smoother than I expected. I’ve had codes fail at checkout on other sites before, so I was ready for some kind of issue, but the discount appeared right away before I paid.
The site itself was simple enough to get through, and my confirmation email came through pretty much straight after payment. Based on that experience, I’d be happy to use it again next time I’m signing up for an event.

"I downloaded the app a little while ago..."
I downloaded the app a little while ago, and it’s been stable since then. It did crash once when I was signing up at the beginning, but after I got past that, it’s been running fine for me day to day.

"Super easy setup for our charity run"
Set up my charity run page on LetsDoThis was way easier than I expected. Found the fundraising tools quickly, and sharing the page with friends took maybe two minutes.
Really liked having donations and sign-ups in one spot, instead of sending people a bunch of different links. Had one quick question and support got back to me fast. Would definitely use it again for another event

My first impression was really good. I opened it up and right away it was easy to find events happening near me, which is exactly what I needed. Useful so far.

"pretty decent overall"
Payments usually go through without any issues for me, but i did have one refund that took longer than I thought it would. Support got back to me eventually, just a bit slower than I’d like. Not a bad experience overall, but yeah, could Definitely be better...

I used letsdothis.com to get our little team signed up for a run, and it was straightforward. The team option wasn’t hard to spot, which was nice, and it meant we didn’t all have to go in and register separately.
I did have to go back and double check a couple of details before I paid, just to make sure everything looked right. But yeah, overall it did the job fine and I’d probably use it again.

"Heads up: the privacy settings are actually easy to find"
Just a quick note for anyone signing up for letsdothis: the privacy settings were easier to deal with than I expected. I was able to find the main options and manage my email preferences without having to dig through a bunch of menus. It’s not perfect, and I’d still recommend checking everything carefully so you know what you’re agreeing to, but compared to a lot of other sites, this was definitely more straightforward

I used LetsDoThis for a local run and, to be fair, the organiser updates were actually clear. The timing info and parking details came through before the day, which was genuinely helpful because guessing that stuff is always such a joy. One email did arrive a bit late, but overall it was handled well enough and everything ran smoothly

I booked my race through Let's Do This and it was straightforward. I found the event quickly, or at least quicker than I expected, and the sign-up bit made sense without me having to think too much about it. I liked that the details were all there in one place, since I didn’t really want to go digging around on other sites for whatever else I needed. Payment went through fine and the confirmation email came through right away. Not much else to add really, it just worked and saved me some time.

I used LetsDoThis after my race to check the results, and to be fair, it worked well. The page loaded fine on my phone and I found what I needed fairly quickly. It did take me a minute to figure out which link was the right one, so that part could probably be a bit clearer. Overall though, no major complaints

Overall it was fine, but I do wish they could message a bit sooner. I was waiting for update and didn’t hear back as quickly as I expected. Not huge problem, just would make experience better if communication was faster...

I liked how many different runs and challenges there were. Kind of nice just scrolling through and seeing a bunch of options. Some places didn’t have as much going on, so that was a bit limiting. But overall, yeah, it was easy to find something that worked

I used LetsDoThis to book a race, and overall it was a smooth experience. The price was clear right from the start, which I really appreciated. If I had to nitpick, I still wish booking fees in general didn’t exist, but at least these felt fair and there wasn’t anything strange added at checkout. I ended up feeling happy with the whole process.

I had to update a few details on my account it was way easier than I expected. I remember feeling a bit annoyed before starting because these things usually turn into a whole thing, but this time I didn’t get stuck or have to chase anyone. It was simple, smooth, and a relief to just get it done.

"Surprisingly painless transfer"
I had to change my plans at the last minute and figured I’d probably be out the race entry, because that’s usually how these things go. But LetsDoThis actually made the transfer straightforward, and I was able to pass it on to a friend without getting buried in email back-and-forth. it was smoother than I expected, which is saying something. Nice to have a bit of flexibility when life decides to be annoying.
